A delightful combination of savory ham with the sweetness of honey-mustard mayo, layered between slices of bread with fresh lettuce and tomato.
Ingredients:
- 6 slices bread
- 12 slices ham
- 6 leaves lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper to make sweet mayo
Spread sweet mayo on one side of each bread slice
Layer ham, lettuce, and tomato slices on 3 bread slices
Top each with remaining bread slices, mayo side down
Cut each sandwich diagonally into halves or quarters to form triangles or quarters, respectively
