Experience a burst of colors with this Sushi Overload Fresh salmon, creamy avocado, crunchy cucumber, and crab sticks combine to create a delightful sushi roll thats as pleasing to the eyes as it is to the palate.

Ingredients:

  • 300g sushi rice
  • 4 nori seaweed sheets
  • 200g fresh salmon fillet, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 4 crab sticks
  • Soy sauce, for dipping
  • Pickled ginger, for serving
  • Wasabi paste, for serving

Instructions:

Follow the directions on the package to cook the sushi rice, then let it cool down a bit

One clean surface should be used for the sushi mat

Then, put a nori sheet on top of the mat

Leave an inch of space at the top of the nori sheet and spread a thin layer of sushi rice over it

Line up the crab sticks, avocado slices, cucumber slices, and salmon slices across the rice

Roll the sushi tightly from the bottom up using the bamboo mat

Use light pressure to seal the roll

Do it again with the rest of the nori sheets and filling ingredients

Use a sharp knife dipped in water to cut each roll into 6 to 8 pieces

On the side, put soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi paste with the sushi slices
