Instructions:
Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat
Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size
Add black pepper and salt
The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until theyre done the way you like them
Add a slice of pepper jack cheese to each patty and let it melt in the last minute of grilling
Put the hot sauce and mayonnaise in a small bowl and mix them together to make a spicy mayo sauce
On the grill, toast the burger buns until they are just barely golden
Cover each bun half with the spicy mayo sauce
This will help you put the burgers together
Put a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, then a burger patty with cheese that has melted on top of that
For extra heat, put sliced and pickled jalapeos on top of the burgers
For extra heat, sprinkle cayenne pepper on top of the toppings
Put tomato slices on top and cover with the top half of the bun to finish
Warm up your Spicy Jalapeo Burgers and serve them with your favorite sides
Have fun
