Ingredients:
- 2 cups Ottos cassava flour
- 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C
In a mixing bowl, combine cassava flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and sea salt
Add eggs, olive oil, warm water, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients
Mix well until a dough forms
Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet
Score the top of the loaf with a knife to allow for expansion
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom
